The National board for workers education and development of the Ministry of Labor and Employment organized a massive event for the central force today with special emphasis on Stress Management and Positive attitude, Presided by Amrendra Kumar Panday (second in command, Seema Shashastra Bal). The keynote speaker for the event was Labor Ministry’s Education officer Shri S.Faisal Hasan followed by Shri Pramod Kumar.

Given the current political climate and the upcoming general elections-2019, this workshop was intended to be an innovative need based learning workshop, organized by the D.T.N.B.W.E.D-Gorakhpur, A training wing of Ministry of Labor and Employment, Govt. of India for The “Seema Shashastra Bal”-Gorakhpur Cadre on stress management and positive attitude.
The current tumultuous national mood has made it necessary for the central security personnel to get a taste of such behavioral sessions to keep the morale high and restore their working capabilities and efficiency.
National board for workers education and development has started this novel initiative with the happy approval of the D.I.G(S.S.B) Gorakhpur. This move by the Ministry officials Shri Hasan and Shri Kumar of the D.T.N.B.W.E.D-Gorakhpur is being seen by many as a step in the right direction.
